Crystal grids
Each grid is made to order, so we do not take returns. If your order arrives damaged, send photos of the box and the damage to support@nyxandecho.com within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace it.
Spell sheets
Spell sheets are digital downloads, so all sales are final. If your file doesn't arrive or won't open, email support@nyxandecho.com and we'll send it again.
