How a grid is made
The geometry is cut from thin wood, stained, and raised off a natural wood board, so the pattern has depth before a single stone goes on. Every stone is asked, then set by hand, one at a time, and the whole thing is sealed behind glass.
Every one is made to order by Nyx Echo, Priestess and Reiki master, thirty years of practice.

How long will it take to reach me?
It leaves us within 7 to 10 business days of your order, anywhere in the United States, shipping included. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and where you are.
What happens if it arrives broken?
Send photos of the box and the damage to support@nyxandecho.com within 24 hours of delivery, and your grid will be replaced. Every grid ships insured.
I have never used a crystal grid. Is this for me?
Yes, whether it's your first grid or you've worked with them for years. Each one arrives finished and charged, and there's nothing to assemble or activate. Put it somewhere you'll see it.
